On Post Living
Residents enjoy a wealth of amenities while living on post, in the homes as well as in the community. There are many special opportunities afforded to families who choose to live on post that Residents might not find anywhere else.
Within each community, a centrally located community center offers a wide variety of activities and features for all of its residents. Each community center houses a state of the art fitness center, internet cafe and an indoor playground where children can play while parents exercise. The community centers also have plenty of opportunities for families to enjoy time outside exploring. Destination playgrounds are located at each community center, and within the community. Families can also spend time at the basketball, volley ball or tennis courts, the pitch–n-putt greens or even take their dog to one of our exclusive Bark Parks - here families can let their dogs run and play without leash constraints.
Located at different communities throughout post, families can also enjoy one of our two Splash Parks on hot days in the summer or they can also hike our extensive trail network. For those who enjoy outdoor activities our communities also offer a skate (converted to an ice rink in the winter) and BMX park, in addition to a sledding hill for winter fun.
Monthly Resident events are also held at the different community centers. Exclusively for Residents of Mountain Community Homes, these events include everything from Earth Day to Movies on the Lawn and even a community Santa Run, where families get a chance to meet Santa one on one!
