SYNERGY Rewards is an Actus Lend LEase incentive program which encourages energy conservation among residents. Rather than implementing a standard billing program and charging Families for above-average utility consumption, Conservation Credits are earned for conserving energy. Conservation Credits earned are redeemable for popular merchandise such as books, movies and electronics.

Yes. Keys are coded and secured in a locking key cabinet, and are only released to residents after obtaining appropriate identification.
Residents can call their Community Center or the Maintenance Department after business hours to gain access to their home. An after-hour lock out fee is applicable.
No one will enter your home without your permission except in the event of an emergency.
Each resident is provided renter’s insurance. Call your Community Office for more information or review the information provided in the Welcome Packet.
Please call the Military Police (772-5156) immediately to ensure the fastest response possible. If the situation warrants, we would then like you to notify your Community Staff of your concerns. We urge residents to be “community minded” and to call about any matter which could affect or concern our residents.
Convenient and simple trash and recycling is organized and included weekly at no cost to the resident. You can get a pick up scheudle from your Resident Service Coordinator. Recyclables do not need to be separated. Please do not store recyclables in plastic bags.
Arriving Residents
Mountain Community Homes is a pet-friendly community. Mountain Community Homes communities are connected by hiking and walking trails and the first
Residents are limited to a total of 2 dogs or cats per household. Breeds (including mixed breeds) deemed “aggressive or potentially aggressive” are not permitted unless the dog is a certified military working dog that is being boarded by its handler/trainer. The following breeds are deemed aggressive or potentially aggressive: pit bulls (American Staffordshire Bull Terriers or English Staffordshire Bull Terriers), Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Presa Canerio, Neapolitan mastiff, Cane Corso and wolf/wolf hybrids. Any other dog that demonstrates a propensity for dominance or aggressive behavior as indicated by any of the following types of conduct:
o Unprovoked barking, growling or snarling at people approaching the animal
o Aggressively running along fence lines when people are present
o Biting or scratching people
o Escaping confinement or restriction to chase people
Wild animals, exotic animals or farm animals (ie. Reptiles, rodents, ferrets, hedgehogs, skunks, rats, raccoons, squirrels, pot bellied pigs, monkeys, arachnids) are prohibited.
Electricity, gas, water and sewer are included in your BAH rent payment. Additional utilities, such as telephone, internet and cable, will be up to you. Mountain Community Homes residents are eligible for a 25% discount from Time Warner for cable, internet and phone usage.
