Looking for Some Insite-Mountain Community Homes Uses Modern Technology to Reach Out to Residents-
Fort Drum Mountain Community Homes (FDMCH) launched Insite, a new third-party survey system, provided by Satisfacts. It is an automatic email survey and is sent to Residents after they utilize one of the many services provided by FDMCH.
The survey allows Residents to give honest, immediate feedback about all aspects of their living experience including their move-in, the quality of service orders performed and ultimately their move-out experience.
The survey is emailed directly after a service is provided. Residents also have the opportunity to provide feedback anytime by visiting the website www.fortdrummch.com and clicking on the Insite link.
Mountain Community Homes believes in providing Residents with superior service and are continually looking for ways to improve. The Insite survey is a voluntary, quick and convenient way for the Residents to let Mountain Community Homes know their comments and suggestions. Once completed, the surveys are then reviewed by Property Management staff and all opinions and suggestions are highly valued and considered when changes are made to the operations.
The Insite survey is another way Mountain Community Homes hopes to provide a “Premier Living” experience to Soldiers and their Families.
