Required Documents for Active Duty Service
Members:
- Official orders to Fort Drum and All Amendments
- Solider Talent Profile
- DEERS Document / DD 1172
- Complete Custody/Guardianship Paperwork (if applicable)
- Pregnancy Verification (if applicable)
- TDY orders
- Current End of Month LES
- Counseling Checklist (Provided by Leasing Counselor)
- Activation Acknowledgement (Provided by Leasing Counselor)
Other Eligible Tenants
Important Information for Other Eligible Tenant Applicants
Required Documents for Other Eligible
Tenants:
- Recent Paystubs (2 months)
- Orders/Letter of Employement (if applicable)
- Additional Income Verification for a spouse or co-habitant (if applicable)
- Driver's License or Passport for all occupants over the age of 18
- Counseling Checklist (Provided by Leasing Counselor)
- *A background check for all occupants over 18 will also be required. We will need photo identification (Passport or Driver’s License) and $20 fee per person, payable by the applicant.
- *Security Deposit Payable at Lease Signing (rate varies based on credit and background check outcome)
