    Interior and Exterior
    Renovations

    Investing in the future of Soldiers and Families, more than 730 homes will receive interior renovations. Upgrades will include new flooring, fixtures and finishes throughout, kitchen enhancements to include cabinets, countertops, and Energy Star® appliances, as well new bathroom vanities, and more. Additionally, more than 300 homes will receive siding and roof replacements.

    HVAC Replacements

    Installation of more than 660 HVAC systems will provide a better living environment for Soldiers and Families. We will also switch to environmentally friendly coolants in the HVAC systems.

    Community: Crescent Woods

    Road Repairs and Fencing

    We will be conducting road maintenance and repairs through neighborhoods, as well as installing new fencing in select neighborhoods.

    Communities: Monument Ridge, Adirondack Creek, Rhicard Hills, Crescent Woods
