WinnResidential Military Housing Services is made up of 23 military housing communities that provide more than 40,000 homes to U.S. Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marines and Navy families from Alaska and Hawaii to New York and South Carolina.  Formed under the Military Housing Privatization Initiative (MHPI), WinnResidential Military Housing Services is a joint-venture of WinnCompanies and Lendlease, a leader in community development for military installations.
